Join us as a Regional Ecosystem Manager

  • We're offering this role for a period of 12 months

What you'll do

This role will involve a great deal of stakeholder engagement, and will require you to build strong internal and external networks to support our local entrepreneurial activities. As our Regional Ecosystem Manager, you’ll be driving and enhancing our entrepreneurial strategy and leading events and activities to raise awareness of the support for our budding entrepreneurs.

You’ll also be:

  • Working with our communications team to promote and share local success stories through our social media channels and help create awareness of our local hub and entrepreneurial activity
  • Coordinating and managing all internal engagement with the local accelerator hub and acting as an expert on entrepreneurship within the region
  • Engaging with a range of colleagues to promote and drive the entrepreneurial development academy
  • Working with internal and external partners to develop innovation pipeline opportunities for the bank

The skills you'll need

We’ll be looking for you to have experience of working productively with a wide range of stakeholders and building strong and diverse business relationships. Along with experience and knowledge of the SME segment across the UK, you’ll also have knowledge of different sources of finance as well as a passion and drive to support entrepreneurship.

Additionally, you’ll need:

  • Engaging communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to motivate others to ensure that there is a positive culture of supporting entrepreneurs throughout our business
  • The ability to work flexibly to meet business needs
  • Good planning and organisational skills
