Join us as a CRM Executive

  • You’ll be responsible for our overall CRM recruitment strategy across key locations
  • Your work will play an important part in driving our brand awareness and helping us to meet our marketing business goals

What you'll do

In this key role, you’ll be devising, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of our CRM recruitment strategy and wider CRM related projects. The role holder will work across the team, working closely with channel, campaign, content, insights and digital platform teams.

Your duties will include:

  • Day-to-day planning and execution of our CRM strategy
  • Acting as CRM SME on key projects providing strategic, technical, and creative recommendations to the function, and being responsible for CRM based deliverables
  • Building and maintaining healthy pipelines of prospective candidates for recruitment
  • Managing risk and audits of CRM strategy and communications as required, including adherence to GDPR
  • Supporting HTML email production, development and testing of HTML emails
  • Managing our CRM system including any technical issues through to resolution through relevant third-party technology providers

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with significant experience in developing and delivering a CRM strategy. You’ll have good communication skills and the ability to deliver programme milestones on time and against challenging deadlines.

You’ll also need:

  • Experience using CRM software and well versed in CRM strategy
  • Attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end through high-level organisation skills and multi-tasking
  • Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition, and engagement
  • An understanding of content production techniques and process
  • An understanding of the critical elements of brand management and digital marketing

Experience of using Google Analytics and any email marketing software would be beneficial.
