What you'll do
You'll be responsible for managing the end to end onboarding and offboarding experience for Depositary Services clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience.
You’ll also:
- Be responsible for internal and external stakeholder management to ensure all projects and reporting are delivered in required timescales whilst meeting all operational and regulatory requirements
- Provide consultancy support to teams and clients as part of the sales process to help onboard new business
- Remain informed and up to date on relevant group policies and procedures, and maintain a constant awareness of anti-money laundering standards, adapting processes to meet as required
- Proactively identify and effectively manage the escalation of risk to deliver key customer and business outcomes
The skills you'll need
You'll need knowledge of the Depositary market in Luxembourg, and excellent stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to manage processes across multiple stakeholders.
You’ll also need:
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent time management skills, ensuring completion in a timely manner
- The ability to understand and put into practice policy, procedures and regulations
- A willingness to undertake professional qualifications
