Join us as a Due Diligence Officer

What you'll do

As a Due Diligence Officer, you’ll be providing high quality depositary services in compliance with the bank’s policies. We’ll look to you to update the due diligence dashboard and client risk ratings, prepare MI reports for management and participate in the due diligence on-site visit.

You’ll also be:

  • Undertaking due diligence reviews on client cash reconciliation procedures using the AIFMD level II model
  • Managing key risks across the business and keeping your regulation knowledge up to date
  • Maintaining day-to-day relationships with clients and partners
  • Providing MI for quarterly and yearly due diligence reviews
  • Making sure that day-to-day oversight functions are compliant to AIFMD regulations
  • Contributing to projects assigned by the Due Diligence Manager

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a degree in Economics or Business Administration and experience in the funds industry. With an analytical mindset, you’ll be able to resolve complex problems and identify other options where established procedures may not exist, and you’ll have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines on a consistent basis.

Additionally, you’ll need:

  • Knowledge of Luxembourg alternative funds and AIFMD regulations
  • Good knowledge of banking activities
  • An understanding of alternative investments strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well on your own as well as part of a team
