Join us as an Assistant Depositary Services Manager

  • You’ll be supporting the coordination of operational duties, team management, onboarding processes and training
  • Day-to-day, you’ll be implementing and executing a training plan for onboarding new team members

What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll be supporting our leadership team with managerial controls while maintaining team adherence to the control framework. Not only will you take part in key fund services department projects, but you’ll establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you’ll support Depositary Managers to provide team deliverables in a timely manner that’re in accordance with our policies and procedures.

You’ll also be:

  • Reviewing core tasks of our Depositary Officers
  • Providing escalation support for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the improvement of the control framework

The skills you'll need

As an Assistant Depositary Services Manager, you’ll have knowledge of collective investment schemes, alternative investment funds, and relevant regulatory requirements in Luxembourg, particularly Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.

You’ll have good communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills, along with the experience and ability to train and supervise others through effective prioritisation and task management. 

You’ll also need:

  • An understanding of alternative investment strategies
  • Knowledge of the fund industry and depositary responsibilities
  • Good analytical skills to resolve complex problems and identify alternatives where established procedures may not exist
