Join us as an Assistant Relationship Manager

What you'll do
We’re looking for someone to support the Business Banking team in providing an excellent service to non-personal clients across all offshore jurisdictions.
You’ll also be:
- Making sure that we always act with the highest ethical standards and that our values are upheld at all times
- Supporting customer enquiries over the phone and assisting them to manage their banking requirements via digital channels
- Keeping customers safe and secure by managing the daily risks for the portfolio
The skills you'll need
In this role, you’ll need to have good communication skills and work well in a team environment.
You’ll also be expected to have:
- Experience of working with customers on a daily basis
- Good communication skills at all customer levels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
