Job description

Join us as a Business Development Manager

  • Take on a leading role, where you’ll be building business partnerships for new business opportunities for the Depositary
  • You’ll be managing the design and the development of business development strategies and be a part of the bank’s overall growth strategy
  • We’ll provide you with a platform to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and business partners, gaining exposure across the bank and beyond

What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be helping developing the strategy for our department to achieve financial targets while growing business development opportunities. We’ll look to you to act as an ambassador for our department and support research projects and campaigns across the bank.

You’ll also be:

  • Using MI to assess performance
  • Providing reporting, support and pre-meeting due diligence on client prospects
  • Assisting with new client on boarding and competitive analysis associated with prospects
  • Reporting on leads, introductions, new business and income derived across a variety of countries
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of contact strategies

The skills you'll need

To excel in this role, you’ll have experience of designing business development strategies and knowledge of a digital environment. With experience in the Depositary industry alongside excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll be comfortable engaging and influencing a range of stakeholders.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Depositary regulatory developments in local markets
