Join us as a Corporate Processing Officer, Receptionist

  • We’ll look to you to deliver successful outcomes for your customers (internal and external) by investigating their queries and understanding their needs
  • You’ll be liaising with customers and businesses to accurately collect information in order to solve their queries
  • You’ll be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with a variety of different customers on a daily basis
  • This is a full-time in-office position; remote working is not available
  • You must be currently based in Luxembourg or willing to relocate to Luxembourg 

What you'll do

As a Corporate Processing Officer, Receptionist, you’ll be responding to queries from customers (internal and external) promptly and tactfully. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to listen to our customers, develop relationships with them and maintain an understanding of their needs at all times.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Checking and approving signatures on customer’s instructions and documents
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing mails and office supplies provision to meet the needs of the business
  • Ensuring suppliers invoices are managed, input and processed in a timely manner
  • Managing execution and delivery of key colleague benefits: lunch vouchers, insurance and medical
  • Acting as Receptionist when needed, though this is not a full-time responsibility
  • Acting as Office managers backup in case of absence

The skills you'll need

In order to excel in this role, you’ll have strong customer service abilities along with customer and industry knowledge. You’ll also work well in a fast-paced environment and have good organisational skills to deliver to deadlines. Proficiency in fluent English is required for this position, and an excellent knowledge of French would be considered a strong asset.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • An awareness of changes in trends, policies and regulations
  • An understanding of our industry and its customers
  • Experience of managing stakeholder relationships
