What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients. While delivering outstanding client service and the highest quality customer outcomes, you’ll leverage the expertise and knowledge of the bank. You’ll also provide senior client coverage, encompassing review meetings, fee negotiations and business development.

Additionally, you’ll be:

  • Building relationships internally and externally, to enhance the profile of the business in support of business development
  • Acting as a role model and coach to others that are less experienced
  • Providing cover for the director when needed
  • Managing direct reports and providing effective planning and management of team workloads
  • Delivering outstanding client service and fair outcomes in line with the target client experience and strategy

The skills you'll need

You’ll need an in-depth knowledge of the funds services and collective investment schemes. You’ll also have experience of managing a complex risk agenda along with good relationship management, selling and influencing skills.

We also expect you to have:

  • An excellent level of English, both written and verbal 
  • An excellent understanding of the Luxembourg alternatives market 
  • A proven track record of winning organic and new business 
  • Experience of developing senior client relationships
  • Experience in external client exposure and influence
  • Experience of developing a long term sales programme and delivering sales targets
  • Knowledge of all sourcebook regulations
