Is our Change and Business Solutions Graduate Programme for you?

How does developing the skills needed to drive organisational change and transformation sound to you? What about designing impactful and engaging website and app pages? Our Change & Business Solutions graduates do just that across many areas of the bank including Digi-tech, Journey Development, Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion and Performance & Service Management.

This two-year programme is your opportunity develop our customer journeys and find ways for us to become more sustainable by reducing plastic, carbon, and energy usage.

Where can our Change and Business Solutions Graduate Programme take you?

Build your skills

This is a chance to build skills you can take with you into any career. You’ll be developing vital skills such as digital literacy, agile methodologies and creative thinking, as well as experience across a large organisation.

Tailor your experience

You’ll also be able to tailor your experience, being given the opportunity to choose the type of qualification you want to study. A few examples of qualifications previous graduates have studied include Prince2, Prince2 Agile, Management Portfolio (MoP) and Managing Programmes (MSP).

Take your career anywhere

On completing the programme you’ll be well positioned to take on a permanent position with us. Depending on your talents and preferences, you could take on a role as a Journey Developer, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Strategy Analyst, as a few examples.

How is the programme structured?

We'll provide you with a breadth of experience to help your career fly.

We recognise that everyone’s an individual, so we’ll make sure your learning journey’s bespoke to you. You’ll build your business knowledge and personal effectiveness skills, whilst also growing vital future skills such as digital literacy, agile methodologies and creative thinking. On some of our programmes you’ll experience several rotations building breadth and depth of knowledge on your chosen programme.

From day one, you'll have a wide network of dedicated people to support you, including a graduate coach or professional mentor, a buddy, and a placement manager. You will also join an induction to introduce you to the business and connect with other graduates.
