Is our Change and Business Solutions Internship for you?

Are you interested in customer journeys and change in a digital and agile environment? Do you like the idea of working alongside Business Analysts to work on innovative ideas and concepts? Our Change and Business Solutions Internship Programme could be for you.

The aim of this eight-week internship is to give you the chance to gain vital skills such as digital literacy, agile methodologies and creative thinking as well as experience across a large organisation. You’ll experience a taste of what it’s like to work here, along with valuable skills and experiences that you’ll take into your future career.

What you can expect from the programme

  • The chance to work in a digital and agile environment, shadowing roles across innovation teams
  • Direct interactions with customer journeys, developing an understanding the cutting-edge technologies that will have a positive impact on our future as a bank
  • The opportunity to embed new business operating models that maintain our services and products

Where can our Change and Business Solutions Internship take you?

Support from day one

For the full eight weeks, we’ll pair you with a ‘buddy’ and a line manager, who’ll support you in gaining valuable experience to help guide your career choices.

Make a difference

During the programme, you’ll also work on a Social Impact Project. This’ll help you to develop keys skills covering team working, planning, creative thinking, business plan writing and problem solving – all while contributing to a valuable cause.

A great start to your career

At the end of the placement, we’ll assess you on what you’ve learned. Complete this successfully and you could be offered a place on our 2024 Change and Business Solutions Graduate Programme, where you can carry the skills you’ve learnt forward and take the next step in your career.
