Elena Zein, Assistant Relationship Manager: My name is Elena.
Kyle Brewster, Team Leader Coutts 24: Hello, my name is Kyle Brewster.
Kitty: I work as an Implementation Manager in our wealth area of the bank.
Elena: I work as an Assistant Relationship Manager within NatWest Commercial Banking.
Kyle: I am an Associate Director Team Leader within the Coutts 24 service proposition.
Text: Meet some colleagues working with our most complex customers.
Kitty: What really excites me about working for NatWest now and in the future is that I’ve seen the journey that we’re going on with our use of data and really becoming a relationship bank for a digital world.
Kyle: We are there to build those relationships, build rapport, but also build on the needs that our clients have for their finances.
Elena: To take the pressure off our customers and focus more on helping them on how to grow their businesses.
Kitty: A really key activity for us is bringing together the worlds of relationship management and data.
Kyle: We will regularly sit down with our clients, understand their financial future, what they want to achieve.
Kitty: And really aim to bring together the world of the customer and relationship managers in a in a way that’s never happened before.
Elena: No two days are the same. Every day you deal with different queries, you meet different customers. Therefore it’s very exciting.
Kyle: You get so much opportunity to, one, flex between working from the office and home but, two, to be able to flick your shifts to match your work-life balance which I think we can all agree is so important in today’s world.
Kitty: Something that has been absolutely groundbreaking is the fact that paternity leave is now matched with maternity leave. I think that’s fantastic. I think that really separates us out from the market.
Elena: Everyone it’s so helpful and so understandable. There’s always going to be someone within your team that ready to help you.
Kyle: I think the most exciting opportunity is really the work we’re doing around the youth of today and how we can make banking exciting. How we can make finances exciting to them. And we do a lot of work within schools to really promote financial well-being.
Kitty: And I also think what’s important is doing the right thing for the customer but also being able to communicate with them when it suits them best those customers that are kind of a hybrid between face-to-face and engaging with us digitally how do we bring them on the journey with us.
Elena: if you are a person that loves to learn and curious about things then join Commercial Banking.
Kitty: It’s a bit like joining a family. It’s not like coming to work, it’s coming home to see your family and getting involved in all the great and exciting things that are going on around the Wealth bank.
Kyle: It’s been an unbelievable journey and long may it continue.
