Lucy: Customers are at the forefront of everything that we do and we are always trying to make our customer journeys better, more streamlined.

Ruaidhri: you may have a preconceived idea of what working for a bank will look like I know I did and since being here it's been a complete 180. The department I work within everyone’s so relaxed they’re so friendly.

Craig: there are so many different rules and departments it can be extremely interesting liaising with different colleagues to gain a knowledge so we can help support our customers it’s also nice to have the flexibility of hybrid working so I know if I do need to work from home I have the option.

Lucy: we do have a great support system whether that’s within your team or with your team leader. Somebody’s always there to listen to you if you’re struggling with anything financially or mental health

Purnima: The bank actually offers a lot of learning a lot of capability sessions which you can actually do during your working week where you can improve your learning look at new areas of the development that you wish to do. Try out maybe it’s not for you but you know that that’s how you learn.

Ruaidhri: Technology itself is constantly evolving and we have to adapt to that and you know no two days are the same and I enjoy that. It’s also it’s exciting for the customers because obviously where we will be in the future in terms of how they can contact us for support and how they can bank with us we’ll be changing, always.
