Our goal in Financing Solutions

Our goal is to provide debt financing, risk solutions and first-class advisory services for UK and European corporate and private equity clients. We cover a broad range of specialisms, including acquisition financing, specialist asset-backed financing, leveraged buyouts, infrastructure financing and project finance for greenfield renewable energy projects. Our advisory services work closely in collaboration with all teams across the business area to offer their expertise on credit ratings and sustainable finance.

Build your skills

Our 2-year programme will give you the debt product experience across loans, bonds, private placements, acquisition financing and derivatives to forge a successful career. We’ll help you build the skills to nurture relationships with customers, from medium sized corporations to blue chip companies to help understand their needs and the products we offer.

Take your career anywhere

To give you an idea on where this programme can take you, previous graduates have gone on to secure jobs in Infrastructure projects finance, leveraged finance, finance and risk solutions.

How is the programme structured?

We'll provide you with a breadth of experience to help your career fly.

We recognise that everyone’s an individual, so we’ll make sure your learning journey’s bespoke to you. You’ll build your business knowledge and personal effectiveness skills, whilst also growing vital future skills such as digital literacy, agile methodologies and creative thinking. On some of our programmes you’ll experience several rotations building breadth and depth of knowledge on your chosen programme.

From day one, you'll have a wide network of dedicated people to support you, including a graduate coach or professional mentor, a buddy, and a placement manager. You will also join an induction to introduce you to the business and connect with other graduates.
