Where can our programme take you?

For the full eight weeks, we’ll pair you with a ‘buddy’ and a line manager, who’ll support you in gaining valuable experience to help guide your career choices.

During the programme, you’ll also work on a social impact project. This’ll help you to develop keys skills covering team working, planning, creative thinking, business plan writing and problem solving – all while contributing to a valuable cause.

At the end of the placement, we’ll assess you on what you’ve learned. Complete this successfully and you could be offered a place on our 2025 Financing Solutions Internship programme, where you can carry the skills you’ve learnt forward and take the next step in your career.

What can you gain from the programme?

  • Build robust financial modelling, credit analysis and risk management skills, and an insight into product development
  • The confidence to raise ideas, develop solutions and challenge the status quo
