View Insight ExperiencesOur goal with an Insight Experience for Women
With women currently underrepresented in financial services at senior levels, we are committed to improving our gender balance. At NatWest 40% of our senior roles are filled by female leaders, which is above the industry average. We’re also the first FTSE 100 company to have a female Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. But we still want to be better. We want to have a full gender balance by 2030.
Our Insight Experience is your chance to get a taste for what it’s like working here, and how you can help us make this a more equitable place for everyone.

Is our Insight Experience for you?
Would you like to hear from inspiring women who are leading our evolution as a bank? Do you want to discover more about your own skills, and how you can get your career off to a flying start? Our Insight Experience could be for you.
Over two days, you’ll get to know us in person and virtually. You’ll experience how we turn ambition into action to tackle climate change, help customers and communities to become more financially confident, and give businesses of every size the support they need to grow.
You’ll also learn about the different Internships we’ll run in 2024, and we’ll even help you to secure one before term has started.

How will the Insight Experience be structured?
Our Insight Experience will take place on the 4th and 5th September 2023. On the 4th September, you must be able to attend in person at either our Edinburgh or London office. On the 5th September, you’ll attend the experience virtually from home.
To support your travel expenses for the in-person event we’ll reimburse you up to the value of £100.
After completing the Insight Experience, you’ll be invited to attend our virtual assessment centre, where we’ll support you in applying for a place on one of our 2024 Internship programmes.
