Join our Insight Experience for Women

A one-day immersive experience that could lead to a summer internship in 2026.

With women currently underrepresented in financial services at senior levels, we are committed to improving our gender balance. At NatWest, 43% of our senior roles are filled by women, which is above the industry average, but we want to be better and our insight experience for women is just one of the ways we nurture early talent.

Hear from previous candidates

Find out what you can expect from our Insight Experience from the women who have been there, done that, and got the Internship.

Text: What did you enjoy most about the Insight Experience?

Victoria Darwood, Relationship Management Graduate Programme: During the Insight Experience, I got to learn about all the different opportunities that NatWest have on offer, including like the councils, the employee-led networks, the grad scheme.

Victoria: I also learnt about the banks purpose and what we stand for, which was really interesting. I got to meet lots of different stakeholders as well, which also included the current graduates at the time, which was a great networking opportunity.

Text: What insights did you get about the opportunities at NatWest?

Siming Zhang, Customer Products & Propositions Graduate Programme: I am really impressed by the fact that everyone can have the same opportunity within NatWest. Throughout my journey with NatWest, since I started with the Insight Experience, I have encountered so many brilliant colleagues from various backgrounds in terms of their gender, their previous experience, their ethnicity groups, etc.

Siming: Yet everyone, including myself, has been treated equally in the opportunities that we can get in the working environment.
