What are Insight Experiences?
Our insight experiences are your chance to get a flavour of what it’s like working here and to discover how to develop a career that makes a difference.
We’ve got two insight experiences you could apply for. Our Black Heritage Insight Experience in spring, and our Insight Experience for Women in summer.
What makes our Insight Experiences great?
- You’ll learn about the different internships we’ll run, and we’ll help you secure an internship for 2025.
- You’ll get an exclusive insight into life at the bank and discover how we’re turning bold ambitions into powerful actions through our purpose-led strategy.
- You’ll meet inspiring colleagues who are leading our evolution, participate in interactive group sessions and learn about the different career pathways into the bank.
- You’ll get the chance to practice some key skills to build your confidence and develop your career, like networking and pitching.
Insight Experience for Black Heritage Talent
A 2-day immersive experience that could lead to a summer Internship.
Eligibility
- If you’re in the first year of a three-year degree, or 2nd year of a four-year degree programme you can apply to our Insight Experience programme.
- You’ll need to be graduating in 2026, but you don’t need any specific UCAS points and you don’t need to be studying a particular subject.
- To secure a role on our Internship, you will need to have the right to work in the UK in 2025.
Insight Experience for women
A 2-day immersive experience that could lead to a summer Internship.
Eligibility
- If you’re in the first year of a three-year degree, or 2nd year of a four-year degree programme you can apply to our Insight Experience programme.
- You’ll need to be graduating in 2025, but you don’t need any specific UCAS points and you don’t need to be studying a particular subject.
- To secure a role on our Internship, you will need to have the right to work in the UK in 2025.
