What are Insight Experiences?
Our insight experiences are your chance to get a flavour of what it’s like working here and to discover how to develop a career that makes a difference.
And, we’ve got two insight experiences you could apply for. Our Insight Experience for Black Talent in spring, and our Insight Experience for Women in summer.
What makes our Insight Experiences great?
- You’ll learn about the different internships we’ll run in 2025, and we’ll even help you to secure one before term has started.
- You’ll get an exclusive insight into life at the bank and discover how we’re turning bold ambitions into powerful actions through our purpose-led strategy.
- You’ll meet inspiring colleagues who are leading our evolution, participate in interactive group sessions and learn about the different career pathways into the bank.
- You’ll get the chance to practice some key skills to build your confidence and develop your career, like networking and pitching.
Am I eligible to join an Insight Experience?
You’ll need to be graduating in 2026. That means you’ll be in your first year of a three year degree, or your second year of a four year degree.
You don’t need any specific UCAS points and you don’t need to be studying a particular subject.
