Our Female Insight Weeks

Female Insight Weeks are your opportunity to get a unique insight into what it’s like to work at NatWest Group by spending time with talented and inspiring women. You’ll be building new business relationships, gaining knowledge of how our businesses work, and getting a first hand look at our culture of inclusion. What’s more, you could secure your place on an internship with us the following year.

The week starts with an induction day, where you’ll get to know our current graduates and colleagues. You’ll learn about our vision and values, meet colleagues face-to-face, and hear about their career journeys. There will be time for you to network, shadow female colleagues, and get some top tips on how to prepare for the assessment day later in the week.

The assessment day at the end of the week includes a group discussion, interview and a written exercise. It’s an opportunity to show us what you’ve learned and reflect on your experiences. If you pass the assessment you could be offered a place on our Summer Internship programme in 2022.

Insight Weeks

Our Insight Week in HR follows the same structure, and offers the same opportunity to get to know our business. You’ll have the chance to spend time and network with our colleagues, and will benefit from their perspective and experiences. It’s a great opportunity to build a detailed picture of day-to-day life in that area, with plenty of chances to ask questions and learn more.
