Our Insight Weeks are designed to give you a first-hand look at our culture of inclusion. They'll spark your imagination, give you valuable career experience, and show you what it's really like to work here.
Female Insight Weeks
Female Insight Weeks are your opportunity to get a unique insight into what it's like to work at NatWest Group by spending time with talented and inspiring women. With opportunities available across a number of our pathways, you'll be building new business relationships, and gaining knowledge of how our businesses work. What's more, you could secure your place on an internship with us the following year.
Over five days (6th to 10th September 2021), you'll get to know our current graduates and colleagues. You'll learn about our purpose, vision and values, meet colleagues, and hear about their career journeys. There will be time for you to network and get some top tips on how to prepare for the assessment day later in the week.
The assessment day at the end of the week includes a group discussion, interview and a written exercise. It's an opportunity to show us what you've learned and reflect on your experiences. If you pass the assessment you could be offered a place on our summer internship programme in 2022.
Male Insight Weeks
Our Male Insight Week in Human Resources follows the same structure, and offers the same opportunity to get to know our business. You'll have the chance to spend time and network with our Male colleagues in HR, and will benefit from their perspective and experiences. It's a great opportunity to build a detailed picture of day-to-day life in that area, with plenty of chances to ask questions and learn more.
To be eligible for these Insight Weeks, you'll need to be graduating in 2023.
We're looking for motivated and inquisitive people who are looking to develop their skill sets and widen their network.
We'll be looking for:
- First class communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt
- An interest in problem solving
Each of our individual programmes has its own needs, so read the descriptions in more detail for a better understanding of what we're looking for.
