Insight weeks
Our Insight Weeks are designed to give you a first-hand look at our culture of inclusion. They'll spark your imagination, give you valuable career experience, and show you what it's really like to work here.

Insight Weeks for Women
Our Insight Weeks for Women are your opportunity to get a unique insight into what it's like to work at NatWest Group by spending time with talented and inspiring women. With opportunities available across a number of our pathways, you'll be building new business relationships, and gaining knowledge of how our businesses work. What's more, you could secure your place on an internship with us the following year.
Over five days, you'll get to know our current graduates and colleagues. You'll learn about our purpose, vision and values, meet colleagues, and hear about their career journeys. There will be time for you to network and get some top tips on how to prepare for the assessment day later in the week.
The assessment day at the end of the week includes a group discussion, interview and a written exercise. It's an opportunity to show us what you've learned and reflect on your experiences. If you pass the assessment you could be offered a place on our summer internship programme in 2023.
Our 2022 Insight Weeks applications will go live in January 2022.
Insight Weeks for Men
Our Insight Weeks for Men follow the same structure and offers the same opportunity to get to know our business. You'll have the chance to spend time and network with colleagues in Human Resources, and will benefit from their perspective and experiences. It's a great opportunity to build a detailed picture of day-to-day life in that area, with plenty of chances to ask questions and learn more.
