Once you’ve applied, we’ll invite you to complete some initial assessments. This will help you find out more about working at NatWest as well as helping us understand a bit more about you.

Step 3: Reasoning skills assessments
Once you’ve completed your work scenarios we’d like to learn a bit more about your reasoning and problem solving skills. These also give you an idea of the sort of work you might be doing with us.

Step 4: More about you
If you pass the initial assessments, we’d really like to find out more about you. We’ll ask you to record your responses to six questions that tell us why you’re the best person for the job.

Step 5: Virtual assessment centre
Once you’ve told us a bit more about yourself we’ll invite you to our final virtual assessment stage. This will help us find out how well you’ll fit in working with us.
