And on our Quantitative Analyst Graduate Programme, you’ll be designing and implementing systems in our python-based infrastructure that trade billions of dollars a day, and creating models used for derivative pricing and calculating risk in our C++ analytics library.
What you can expect from the programme
- Technical training across all product areas to round out your skills through online and face to face learning
- Access to industry leaders who give live talks on a host of wide-ranging topics
- The opportunity to network with peers and senior leaders

Build your skills
Whichever programme you choose, you’ll be making use of the latest tools and techniques, with plenty of opportunity for innovation, and developing the soft skills needed to be successful in your future career.
Tailor your experience
You’ll also be able to tailor your experience, being given the opportunity to choose the type of qualification you want to study. A few examples of qualifications previous graduates have studied include Prince2, Prince2 Agile, Management Portfolio (MoP) and Managing Programmes (MSP).
Secure a permanent role
You’ll also have the support of our Analyst and Associate programme, a learning journey that helps you with your first steps in the banking industry. Upon completing a 6-month probationary period, you’ll have the unique opportunity to combine a graduate programme with a permanent role.
How is the programme structured?
We'll provide you with a breadth of experience to help your career fly.
We recognise that everyone’s an individual, so we’ll make sure your learning journey’s bespoke to you. You’ll build your business knowledge and personal effectiveness skills, whilst also growing vital future skills such as digital literacy, agile methodologies and creative thinking. On some of our programmes you’ll experience several rotations building breadth and depth of knowledge on your chosen programme.
From day one, you'll have a wide network of dedicated people to support you, including a graduate coach or professional mentor, a buddy, and a placement manager. You will also join an induction to introduce you to the business and connect with other graduates.
