Michael: I work in the everyday banking technology team as a scrum master.

Jess: I’m a Digital Experience Lead and I work in People and Transformation.

Steve: Over the last two years I’ve been working on the technology transformation projects.

Michael: I have the opportunity to add value to customers day to day.

Jess: I get to be creative I get to work with new technologies I feel like I’m making a difference day to day to our colleague experience and find that really fulfilling.

Steve: You grow your network you get to work on a lot of exciting projects. You meet a lot of different people. You grow your skills and learn from the people that you work with so I’d say that’s quite exciting.

Jess: The variety and pace of change for this job keeps it really exciting.

Steve: I’m excited to see how the bank adapts and evolves. Using you know the new technologies that are on the market and that are up and coming. Things like AI, things like robotics the blockchain quite excited to see how the bank brings those Technologies into the infrastructure and then ultimately how we use them to better serve our customers.

Michael: So we Champion customers potential making life easier for them and most importantly keeping them safe and secure in all the products and in everything we do.

Jess: the team have a wonderful energy and there’s loads of room for career progression.

Steve: There’s a lot of progression, career progression involved.

Michael: I will recommend NatWest group to anyone that wants to start a career, progress their career or advance their career because NatWest group is a great place to work.

Steve: When you come into NatWest, the managers that I’ve worked with have always been really focused on my career development and, you know, how I better my skills.

Michael: You get all the support you need. You’ll work on exciting stuff you can speak to your friends and families and tell them that oh I worked on that project, that I was part of the team that build that product, that I was part of the team that did that. So it’s really exciting that you can be in a bank that makes significant impression in people’s lives.
