Abbie: At NatWest we are striving to be a digitised API enabled bank for me it’s really exciting knowing that the use of technology and apis is just going to grow and have an opportunity to be a part of that growth is really exciting

Kyle: We’re always kind of thinking forward to find the best innovative ideas for our stakeholders.

Jharna: The work here is challenging and there are always new tasks coming up and NatWest does not hold back in adopting new technologies or new ideas.

Monika: I’m particularly enthusiastic about the ongoing integration of AI and machine learning these Technologies hold immense promise in revolutionising customer experiences.

Kyle: There’s a good balance of work that goes on there’s people from many different cultures and many different backgrounds as well.

Monika: I must say the work environment here is fantastic you’ll be surrounded by talented professionals who share the passion for the technology same as you it’s a place where you can freely exchange ideas learn from each other and collectively make a real impact

Jharna: When it comes to the personal life NatWest has always had a brilliant work-life balance with ample time off to take care of myself all my family’s needs and it has always put an emphasis on Health Fitness and well-being in general.

Abbie: I would recommend someone else to join my area of the bank because it is innovative it is exciting and there is so much to get involved in and you will work with a fantastic bunch of people.
