Our goal in Strategy and Ventures

We’re at the heart of driving our strategic agenda – to build a purposeful, relationship bank for a digital world. Each of our teams work together to shape our future and make sure we build a sustainable, innovative and purposeful bank.

We’re made up of teams across Strategy, Economics, Sustainable Banking, Climate, Corporate Development, and our neobank Mettle.

What's great about the programme?

Every area of our business is different – they each need their own skillsets, their own challenges, their own nuances. Who better to find out what working in a business area is like than from the people who are currently already working there?
