We’re made up of teams across Strategy, Economics, Sustainable Banking, Climate, Corporate Development, and Innovation and Partnerships.

What can the programme teach you?

During this two-year programme, you’ll learn sought after transferable skills and gain development experiences across different environments, setting you up for a successful future career with a breadth of customer and bank knowledge.

Previous graduates have gone into roles such as an Analysts, Social Researchers or Corporate Development Associates.

Once you’ve completed your work scenarios we’d like to learn a bit more about your reasoning and problem solving skills. These also give you an idea of the sort of work you might be doing with us.

If you pass the initial assessments, we’d really like to find out more about you. We’ll ask you to record your responses to six questions that tell us why you’re the best person for the job.

Once you’ve told us a bit more about yourself we’ll invite you to our final virtual assessment stage. This will help us find out how well you’ll fit in working with us.
