Whatever life throws at you

We all need a helping hand sometimes.

Between our top benefits and our forward-thinking policies, you’re covered when you need it. Hear from some of our colleagues about what that support has meant to them.

Free, confidential, for everyone

Our Employee Assistance Programme is a one-stop resource for our colleagues, whatever their problems. The completely free service offers advice and connections to practical help on topics like financial health, emotional wellbeing, legal issues, addiction, and many more. It’s independent, completely confidential, and it’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Be there for the special moments

Whoever your family is and however your new arrivals get here, our market leading partner leave policy means you can be a full part of those precious first few months.

It doesn’t matter who your partner is, or whether you’re expecting a natural or surrogate birth, or you’re adopting. You can take up to six months with full pay, and up to 12 months leave in total. Which means more time to care, more time to bond, and more time to make memories.

Jon’s story

Here from Jon what taking six months on the birth of his daughter meant to him.

A healthy mind

Whatever life has in store, your mental and emotional wellbeing is precious.

From a full calendar of events to help you stay connected to colleagues, to resources to help you understand your emotional wellbeing, you’re covered. And when you need more in depth support, our Employee Assistance Programme can help you access counselling or therapy sessions.

Peak condition

From the day-to-day to the once-in-a-lifetime, you’ll have everything you need to keep your body at its best.

Opt-in protection policies like critical illness cover, private medical cover and personal accident insurance all give peace of mind that you’ll be looked after if the worst happens. While our Virtual GP service gives you a place to go when you need to speak to someone now, or if you want a second opinion.

And for fine tuning there’s fitness challenges, and discounts on sports and gyms.
